Sourcing

We are constantly sourcing for the suppliers with the best quality & prices. We visit all major fairs to update ourselves on the latest developments, thus we are well informed about the latest material possibilities and prices.

Buying

On behalf of our clients we select the most suitable suppliers who are working at the same quality and price level as our clients. Some of our clients send their samples + order requirements in advance. This enables us to cross check all over the country for the best possible supplier with the best possible quality/price. We ensure that all orders the buyers have placed with the factories have been 100% completed, in order to avoid future misunderstandings.

Product Analysis

For each production specimen Winrex analyzes and identifies most suitable manufacturer for the garment category that particular specimen pertains to, ensuring smooth flow of production and timely shipping.

SERVICE 04

Order followup

TNA, WIP one of our big working strength. We will make sure that the supplier provides he required lap dips, size sets, pre – production samples, on time and that they will be forwarded to the client for final approval. We will check all the samples on execution, appearance and correct measurements etc before sending them out.

Merchandising 

Good merchandising is the key to successful execution of a customer’s request. Each customer is allocated to a business team which is responsible for making sure that the customer’s requirements are properly understood and executed in close coordination with the factories.  The business team is expected to contribute to the customer, not only in terms of communication and follow- up, but also in terms of making a better product which sells well at the point of sale.

Winrex have its own sample room & show room in the head office with all technical support to provide a quick service on development. We shared the latest trend with customer then develop those trends in close collaboration with our buyers according to their specific market needs.

Sourcing of fabrics, trims and accessories

By attending many fashion and fabric exhibitions we keep in touch with all upcoming trends in fabrics, washes and handles. Through our close relationships, with some of the best fabric producers in Asia we can offer the latest developments in knitted and woven fabrics. We stay in contact with trims and accessories manufacturers to see what the latest trends are and offer these to you. Having extensive network of fabric supply from Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea , China, Pakistan India & Bangladesh, Winrex controls quality of all fabric inputs and coordinates timing of their procurement and imports and its timely delivery at garment manufacturing units. Fabrics are tested for color fastness, fabric strength, flammability or any other parameters set by buyers to ensure product satisfaction. Most commonly used fabrics include denims, twills, cotton and poly/nylon/viscose blends, yarn dyed plaids, stripes, dobbies, jacquards, herring bones, moss crepes, spandex yarn dyes, poly micro fibers, poly micro mesh, knit piques, interlocks, thermals, jacquards, mesh, knit piques, interlocks, thermals, jacquards, Factories In- House lab are working to check the all initial parameters of fabrics ,trims & motifs.

Quality

The process of delivering a quality product to our customers is divided into two key areas, namely ‘Prevention’ and ‘Control’. The prevention part is taken care of by our Quality Assurance (QA) team which, under guidance from customers, sets the standards for quality and oversees all elements of pre- production work such as the fitting and styling details. The prevention part is also strengthened by our merchandising team from the applicable internal & external testing labs which make sure that the required testing procedures are undertaken before the production process starts. The control part is taken care of by our Quality Control (QC) team, which ensures that the product standards set up by the customers in coordination with our QA team are implemented throughout the production process, and that the final product is as per our customers’ specifications.

Before shipment, a thorough final inspection is taken to ensure the garments are as ordered and of the highest standard to meet the very critical market place of today.

Logistics

Our shipping teams ensure that the communication between the forwarder and the various suppliers is smooth and seamless and that correct information is relayed to our buyer`s import department. This team is also responsible for making sure that all documentation requirements, such as the requisite forms, L/C conditions etc, are met as per the specification.

Social Compliance

Being compliant in all aspects of its corporate social responsibility, as defined by the local rules and regulations, is an important aspect of Winrex business philosophy. An experienced and well – trained team of in- house auditors is in place. These auditors work in accordance with the requirements of all related compliance. Every factory where the orders are to be placed is audited in advance by our in- house auditor and thereafter, according to the customer’s requirements, audit by the accredited agency is organized. The reports are passed on to the customer and in cases of need, remedial action is taken.

Chemical Compliance

We understand the importance of the issue and have taken steps to ensure a consistent adherence to the legal requirements in the chemical/substance compliance areas like AZO, Reach, Nickel, PVC etc. A chemical compliance team is in place, which works with the complete supply chain to educate, inform and regulate the process to ensure that the products exported do not contain any banned substances.
